Advertising Guidelines

Display ads for the newsletter should be submitted camera-ready as a high quality laser print or as a file in Microsoft Word, PDF or JPG file format.

Advertisers will be charged for all production work required. Payment is due with reservations. Cancellations are not accepted after the closing date for space reservations.

Exhibiting

One of the best opportunities for professional and personal development is at CHAPCA's conferences and meetings. An important component of the Annual Conference is CHAPCA's exposition, featuring the latest products and services offered by vendors who serve the hospice industry. Hospice providers also have an opportunity to exhibit to promote job openings within their agencies.

CHAPCA will have a limited number of booth spaces at the NHPCO Clinical Team Conference in San Diego on October 5-7. Check back, as information on reserving a booth through CHAPCA for this national meeting will be available soon.
