    CHAPCA annual awards presentation

    Each year the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association (CHAPCA) recognizes two outstanding individuals and one program for their contributions to hospice and palliative care. Come celebrate the recipients of CHAPCA’s annual awards at this festive luncheon event. The competition for 2011's award nominees was fierce, so start thinking about who in your agency has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Nomination forms will soon be available.
